INSTANT PRODUCTION INFORMATION
The Tally-view series of controls have been designed to provide instant information on the production performance of the process by monitoring of the product coming out of the sawmill. The system provides user-friendly interface with configurable data entry and reporting options. Data is collected and stored so that historical information about your production can be reviewed. The system accurately measures for length, thickness and widths and then sends the information back through a central controller to a computer running Windows compatible software. Data may be exported through Microsoft Access/Excel to connect to your company's inventory system. When linked to a primary breakdown scanning system, this enables your mill to accurately calculate conversion factors.
