BOILER MANAGEMENT & CONTROL SYSTEM
Boiler View is an integrated control software package for all types of boilers. It uses a Programmable Logic Controller to control the boiler and a Scada package for the visual interface with the operator. Boiler View can be used with any make or model of boilers, including fully unattended systems.

FEATURES Colourful graphics of the boiler, fuel handling and water treatment systems. Extensive alarms on all boiler faults, with four levels of severity, these can also be used to dial a phone, pager or mobile. Historical and Real Time trending on all process variables - this is excellent for monitoring the performance of the plant and fault finding. Setup page - All variables that the operator needs to tune to get optimum performance for the present conditions are provided on a setup page.  Automated start-up sequence - The program is designed to start and stop the boiler plant in a controlled logical sequence, with full manual control available to the operator on every piece of plant equipment. Can be accommodated on any PLC or Scada Package, depending on the site's standardisation policy.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES Fire monitoring for Silos and Fuel Bins - temperature sensors are fitted to the fuel handling areas that are most likely to catch fire and will operate deluge water valves in the event of a fire. Reports - Daily, Monthly and Shift reports can be configured to display such variables as steam/energy produced, make up water used, down time etc.
